welcome home-- you're always wanted

a cozy place to rest your bones

be yourself; none here will judge you

no glass house, no one casting stones

live and love with no restriction

except to keep each other safe from harm

held tightly-- and, yet, we're free here

in the embrace of our eight arms

little one, you're not alone

all ears, our eyes, all your own

we're a wall that none can smash through

should you fall, eight arms will catch you

we are the past; we are the future

we are the walls that will keep out the cold

others take; others may leave you

we are a tether you will always hold

we will love you-- no wish to change you

we hope you will be just who you are

held tightly-- and, yet, we're free here

in the embrace of our eight arms
